'It's kind of a mainstream proving ground,' he said, meaning the types of people who live and dine there are similar to those in many other parts of the country.

'I just continue to pray things will go as they have,' Desiano said.īeginning in January, Desiano and his Tulsa-based business partner, Jim Wilburn, said restaurateurs will be able to open their own Naples Flatbread restaurants around the country for between $250,000 for a renovated space and $800,000 for a new build.ĭesiano believes that if they can make it in Tulsa, they have a good shot at franchising elsewhere.
